A Blog is Born!

Psalm 127 gives us hope for living God-pleasing lives - He Calls us blessed to add "Arrows to our Quiver."  More to come soon!  Must go to Church now!  A Blessed Thanksgiving to you all, and thank you for your prayers that we will become adoptive parents and add an "Arrow to our Quiver."

  1. I wanted to say how happy I am that you are adding Nikita to your family. When I first saw his picture I was so in love with him and knowing that I did not meet requirements I became him prayer warrior and have prayed everyday for his momma to find him. Your family is the answer to my prayers. I told everyone that the only thing I wanted for Christmas this year was for Nikita to have a family and your family has given me the greatest Christmas gift of all. Happy holidays. ((HUGS)) Tammy

  4. Yes! Another family from the 'Burg!! We just brought home our little girl Liza about 12 days ago and my prayer for some time now has been that more folks in my area would know of RR and the kids would come home to our area. So excited to see Nikita is going to be a Virginian! Congrats to you all :) :)

  6. I have also been praying for Nikita since I saw him on RR. I have a child by adoption -- born in Fredericksburg!! -- and also a bio child w/DS. We live outside Richmond, and I follow RR regularly. Glad to know he will be in VA! Blessings to you on this journey.

  7. YAY!!! God is using your family as an answer to my prayer...the same prayer I've prayed for over a year when I first saw Nikita's picture on R.R. My seven year-old son was smitten with him, and we've been praying for him ever since. We are not in a position to adopt again right now, but I have been in such turmoil over this little boy...maybe because he reminds me of my own 2-year-old son. Anyway, I cannot wait to follow your journey. This child will be such an amazing blessing to your family. God bless you for committing to him,
