The Sun Is Shining!



After many days of rain, our prayers for SUN were answered!  Thank you, God! 

My mother, who is affectionately called Brwee, will always remember that she was able to meet her new grandchildren face to face on Palm Sunday, April 17, 2011.

Brwee tried to get in as many hugs and kisses as she could in such a short time. 

Dusty was not feeling well again today.  His nose was very stuffy and it was difficult for him to breathe.  He moaned and groaned a lot.  Brwee tried every trick in the book to get him comfortable and happy.  I think his thumb is his only cure all – right now.

Sonya enjoyed the sun porch and was happy to just be held or “walked” around.  She is very quiet and content.  
 
My mother was also very excited to see Shawna and Lindsay.  We’ve been praying for them since New Year’s Eve when my extended family wanted to follow in Joshua’s footsteps.  Joshua is a sweet little boy who chose our little Dusty to pray for each and every day!  You can click here to read all about it.

    Hooray! I have read your last four posts and we are so excited and happy for all of you. It is wonderful to see pictures of both of you with Sonya and Dusty. Thank you for the updated pictures of Shawna and Lindsay. We are praying too that each of the girls are adopted very soon. I'm so glad Sonya liked the books. Currently, touch and feel books are Julia's favorite thing as well. We will continue to pray that all goes well for you and Carey S.

  5. Oh my goodness, friend, we are following along and are just soooooo in love with your angels. SWEET! How blessed you are. I am so glad you're getting in a few days with Carey there...how fun for all the kids to get to know each other.

  9. Mom you are an awesome grandma to my own children. Through you God has blessed all your grandchildren in so many ways. To see you holding two more grandchildren is beautiful to me. I cna tell already that they are gonna love their new grandma, because she loves them so much. I know that through you they will continue to learn about and recieve the love of Jesus.
